All mats supplied by Mega Van Mats are made from carpet specifically manufactured for use in the automotive industry. We believe quality comes first: all the carpets we use have a solid rubber backing which is of superior quality when compared to mats which have a backing made up of recycled rubber chunks which wear much faster and degrade quickly over time. By default, our mats are incredibly durable and long lasting.
We manufacture our mats in house, and they are machine cut for accuracy and will provide a superb fit into your car. Not only is our carpet of the highest quality but we also use binding to edge every mat to the highest standard possible.
We aim to ensure that all orders are delivered within three working days of us receiving your order. Orders placed before 12PM from Monday to Thursday are dispatched on the same day, while those received after 12 PM will be sent out on the following working day. Please note that our warehouse does not dispatch shipments on Fridays or during weekends.
If you have not received your order within four working days, we kindly ask you to reach out to us, and we will provide you with tracking information.
Please be aware that delays may occur due to severe weather conditions or traffic incidents that hinder our couriers' ability to deliver.
In the event that your parcel is returned to us after the courier has made an attempt to deliver it, and if the delivery has not been rearranged or the parcel has not been collected by you, additional charges will apply for us to resend the order.
Once you have received your order, if you find that an item is missing, please contact us providing details of your order date and the delivery postcode. Additionally, inform us of the specific item that is missing from your delivery.
It is essential that we are notified within two working days of your order's delivery if there has been an error regarding the packing or delivery of your order.
Upon receiving your order, should you wish to initiate a return, please reach out to us via email, providing the date of your order and the delivery postcode of the location where the item was sent.
Additionally, kindly inform us of the reason for your return.
It is essential that we are informed within 7 working days following the delivery of your parcel regarding your intention to return the item, and the returned item must be received within the subsequent 7 working days to qualify for a refund.
All items being returned must be sent on either a recorded Royal Mail service or by a courier with an online tracking system - you are required to pay the cost of the return shipping.
All returned items will be inspected prior to any refund being issued - all items must be returned to us in their original (new) condition, in the original packaging.
We will refund your original purchase price less the cost of shipping incurred by ourselves.
