Returns And Refunds

It is often the case that once you have lined the panels of your VW T4, T5 or T6 that the original panel clips are too short to secure the board back onto the van. These clips which we sell accommodate the extra thickness and mean you can fit the panels back onto the van.

These clips are 12mm longer than the originals. Approx. 23mm length.

These clips are suitable for use on the roof and side panels of the VW T4, T5 or T6 and are a push-fit design, available in either light grey or black. They are easier to use than the original VW ones as they do not have the allen key head and instead you just push them to secure them and you can simply use a small flat bladed screwdriver to use as a lever in the groove at the side of the clip to release the clip.

Once you have received your order, if you wish to make a return: please contact us either by email or by phone letting us know when you ordered and the delivery postcode of where the item was delivered. Please also let us know why you are wanting to return the item.

We must be notified within 7 working days of the delivery of your parcel that you wish to make a return and the returned item must arrive within the next 7 working days, in order for you to receive a refund.

All items being returned must be sent on either a recorded Royal Mail service or by a courier with an online tracking system - you are required to pay the cost of the return shipping.

All returned items will be inspected prior to any refund being issued - all items must be returned to us in their original (new) condition, in the original packaging.

We will refund your original purchase price less the cost of shipping incurred by ourselves.
